As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Prana Energy Healer, Certified Crystal Healer, and Life Coach Counselor, my passion is all about helping you tap into your true potential and chase after your dreams. Together, we can work on tackling any negative feelings or beliefs that might be holding you back. I'm genuinely curious about the amazing power of the human mind and how it can bring about remarkable, lasting change.

 I've learned that real transformation starts from within, and this insight has inspired me to discover how our minds can support us in overcoming challenges, finding joy, and easing suffering and trauma. 

Having navigated through my own tough times and Challanges like grief and deep depression, as well as big life changes such as immigration and the feelings of loneliness, I’ve come away with valuable lessons that have helped me reach my personal goals in all areas—health, relationships, communication, and career. With more than 15 years of experience in marriage rooted in compassion and companionship, as well as being a mother of my precious daughter, I truly understand the transformative power of the mind in relationships and communication. 

 I believe in communicating with kindness and patience, creating a warm and welcoming space for growth.
